2010 Friday Night Young Guns

sponsored $200 for the Young
Guns points. So the Winner
will still get $400, Runner
Up is now $200 and 3rd Place
is now $100
Also Milan Self Storage will
be sponsoring the trophies
for the top 3 in points!!
A payout has been
established for a points
system for the Discount Tire
Friday Night Young Guns
series.
Lee Detrick Motorsports has stepped up
and will be sponsoring a
points system for the Young
Guns series. Each driver who
enters the Friday Night
Young Guns series will
automatically be entered
into a chance to win $400
and $100 will go to the
runner up. Drivers will need
to make sure they use the
same number each race
between Friday July 30th and
Friday October 15th. Points
are totaled each race.
Points are earned in the
following manner:
10 points for staging first
round
10 points for each round you
win
3 points for running on your
dial-in (and win)
The points will end on
October 15th. Racers 20 and
under have the opportunity
to enter into this exciting
series. The goal is to take
the street racing action off
of the street and bring it
out to the track for safe,
fun and legal drag race.

Class Rules
- Must have
mufflers, all
glass windows,
any street tire
OK – no slicks
wider than
11.5”, no
trans-brakes,
electric or air
shifters, delay
boxes or wheelie
bars allowed.
