Drag Racing 101-learning the 1/4 mile one second at a time
If you want to go drag racing but not exactly sure of what's involved or you know what's involved and need a little help, then this race is for you.
There are many questions and terminology that a racer needs to
know. Once a month Milan Dragway will offer Drag Racing 101
along with the regular Test and Tune. Professional Racers
will be on hand to help you "learn the ¼ mile one second at a
time". You will learn how to gain speed in the least amount
of time. Dial-in's, burn outs, when to leave the tree, when
to shift, car control, how to read your competitor and more.
Bring your car out on these nights and get all your questions
answered. Just enter your car in the Test and Tune and for no
additional charge you can enter the Drag Racing 101 class, you will
be glad you did.
Friday's - April 26th, May 24th, June 28th, July 26th,
Aug. 23rd, Sept. 27th and Oct. 25th.
