The 2005 Sunday Points Series
will consist of two sessions, each
will have eight races (16 total).
Anyone is eligible to join this
exciting program. We offer four
classes of competition: Top ET,
Modified ET, Street ET and Motorcycle.
After the first session of eight
races, everyone starts back to 0
points for the second session. This
gives everyone two chances of becoming
a Champion! Our top 34 points racers
to be known as TEAM MILAN will be
eligible to race in the IHRA Summit
Team Finals at Norwalk Raceway Park
and compete for over $70,000 in
cash and contingency. This is a huge
event with top racers from all over
the Midwest racing as teams. TEAM
MILAN racers get free entry for the
race and team shirts & hats!
Michigan Bracket Finals (MBF)
is an eight race points series. Racers
from across the state compete against
each other as TEAMS for the State
Title! We have three classes for this
series Box, No Box and Motorcycle. The
TEAM is made up of the top 45 racers
in the Saturday Points program. This
is an exciting event, there are
Bracket Races each of the three days
along with the "Main Event"! The
program is in it’s fourth year and
TEAM MILAN has WON 4 out of 5 times!
Points are totaled each week, we only
count your best 6 out of the 8 races,
allowing you to throw out two bad
ones! Points are earned in the

10 Points for
staging first round
10 Points for each round you win
5 points for running on your dial in
(must win round)
Racers in our Points Series are also
eligible to race for IHRA Summit
SuperSeries Points. This is a great
program, it allows racers in every
category to win HUGE PRIZES without
all of the traveling. For more details

Entry fee for the 2005 Saturday &
Sunday Points Program is $60.00. It
includes a 2005 Members Hat, Points
Decals, and a "Racer’s Choice"
Discount card good for $2.00 off
towards entry. This package includes
the IHRA Summit SuperSeries (IHRA
SuperSeries number required and sold
separately).
On all points races and all classes:
For each car/bike that stages in first
round $6 will be put in the 2005
points fund. Each week the points fund
will grow and the new totals will be
posted on the web. This is how the
money will be split at the end of the
season.
